Bikes and Movies & The Wolverine Sports Club present, “Catch the Wind”

In late October, 2009 the Wolverine Sports Club presented the world premier of Richard Noiret’s epic documentary about the golden era of the Wolverine Sports Club and our long-time beloved coach, Mike Walden. The premier was followed by a second showing two weeks later as hundreds of Wolverines flocked to the Main Art Theater in Royal Oak just a mile and a half from Mike Walden’s home to see this incredible film.

We are proud to announce that in conjunction with the Wolverine Sports Club we are planning a special one night screening of “Catch the Wind” in the Theater Auditorium of the Boll Family YMCA on Broadway Ave. in downtown Detroit. The screening will be at 6pm, Sunday November 20th and thanks to sponsorship through the Wolverine Sports Club and Bikes & Murder, admission is free.

If you haven’t seen this powerful and touching tribute to Mike Walden and experienced the rich heritage of the Club of Champions, this will be a unique opportunity. Be sure to arrive early as seating is limited and will surely fill up fast!
